As a communication Manager, you directly report to the Head of Internal Communications. You work very closely with internal communications staff in the national entities, central entity staff and develop and maintain a network of contacts and focal points around the business. In internal communication, you will be responsible for:
-Working with project leaders and functions to evaluate communications needs of functions and major projects (Airbus wide or specific) -Developing plans and messages for these functions/projects in line with the business objectives, vision and values and the overall Internal Communication policy -Managing the delivery of the communications to ensure the identified audiences (either all Airbus employees or subgroups) receive and understand the messages -Ensuring that internal communication is continuously improved by measurement and evaluation of activity and its impact -Leading cross-functional, transnational teams/projects/initiatives to deliver the above
