As part of Natixis's procurement department, you will report to the head of "equipment, software, IT, telecoms and intellectual services".
IT and telecoms equipment procurement comprises:
IT and infrastructure equipment (PCs, monitors, servers, LAN/WAN equipment, telephony equipment);
related services (installation, maintenance, outsourcing);
fixed line telecoms, mobile telecoms and data services in collaboration with telecoms operators.
Serving the Group's internal business units, you will use your expertise to:
look after requests from Natixis and its subsidiaries;
negotiate with suppliers as part of projects headed by Natixis;
draw up contracts in collaboration with the legal affairs department if necessary;
define and establish the category's procurement strategy in collaboration with the other buyer and department head;
conduct value analysis;
assess supplier quality and performance;
carry out actions relating to service requirements associated with equipment;
monitor the market for this category. |

A graduate ideally with specialization in procurement and knowledge of supplier sourcing techniques, you have at least three years' experience of a similar procurement portfolio. Knowledge of information technology procurement (IT and telecoms) is a must, as is sound understanding of legal and financial issues relating to procurement.
You have proven negotiation abilities, good analytical and summary skills and are highly motivated. |
