Media Advantage Vendor Manager

We are seeking an account management, project management, and business development skilled professional to manage the Amazon Avantage program in France. Advantage is a consignment program that enables small to larger vendors of Books, Music or DVD to promote and sell their products directly on Amazon.fr. The Avantage Vendor Manager main roles are to manage existing vendors, identify and recruit new vendors, and effectively implement projects to address business development opportunities.

Responsibilities
Be the key point of contact for any enquiries regarding the program
Define recruitment strategy and plan by identifying and prioritizing publisher, label & studio leads
Sell Avantage to identified leads, set up new vendors on the Avantage platform
Manage relationship and drive business development for key accounts
Lead project definition, prioritization and development for France, set up local initiatives and events
Work and build strong relationships with all relevant local and international teams (Worldwide Avantage counterparts, Buying, Control Buying, Technical, Operational…) to guarantee effective communication, smooth implementation, and execution of Avantage projects and tasks
Develop and communicate annual business plan and program road map
Monitor and report progress against plan and revise as necessary.

Minimum of 4-5 years experience in vendor account management, project management, and/or buyer position.
Qualification to Bac+5 Grandes Ecoles or MBA level, or equivalent, preferably in a Business-related subject.
Fluency in English as well as French is essential
Inter-personal and communication skills, negotiation skills and analytical skills are required
Successful candidates will be autonomous, tenacious and creative. They will quickly adapt to work in a fast paced environment where prioritizing and multi tasking are essential.
