As the management consulting team of SAP, Business Transformation Consulting (BTC) works with SAP customers to:
- Develop & align business processes, IT and strategic goals
- Drive organizational change within implementation projects
- Improved business processes to receive the value from the IT Solutions
- Prepare investment decisions based on detailed business case examinations
- Enable cost reductions (total cost of operation) and process efficiency (total value of ownership)
- Overall, BTC’s goal is to create flexible, cross-company processes which positively influence company’s growth, profitability, and strategic positioning.
- Generate sales for BTC, including bid and proposal management
- Prepare and execute customer workshops
- Lead projects involving alignment of multiple teams, including people from different departments, regions and cultures
- Manage customer challenges and escalations in a proactive and structured manner
- Perform TCO and cost estimate analysis for large-scale IT and business process projects
- Analyze, evaluate, map and make proposals to align business processes & IT architecture
- Roll-out complex IT and business process transformations for global companies
- Plan, conceive and implement strategic and operational Change Management measures via successful communication, training, and stakeholder management
- Captures opinions, expectations, and messages from stakeholders and effectively communicates them to colleagues & managers
- Drive innovation by identifying white spots or problem areas in Industries (e.g Public Sector, CP, High Tech, …), develops to-be concepts, and successfully implements new strategy
- Participate in knowledge sharing & mentoring of less-experience colleagues in Industries (e.g Public Sector, CP, High Tech, …)
- Develop tools, templates, and methodologies for Industries (e.g Public Sector, CP, High Tech, …)
- Demonstrate thought leadership by writing white papers and participating in chat forums |

# Excellent verbal and written English language
- Knowledgeable of SAP portfolio of solutions
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong problem solving abilities & out-of-the box thinking
- Understanding of IT trends and their impact on business strategies
- Focus of position will be on BPM, PM
- 9+ years experience in Industries (e.g Public Sector, CP, High Tech, …)
- Extensive project management experience
- Strong awareness of global cultural differences; previous work experience in a multi-national environment preferred
- Results driven: starts, drives and accomplishes tasks with little direction
- Team oriented: builds strong relationships at every level of the organization and is a strong motivator who knows how to influence others to do their best work
- Interpersonal skills: ability to interact with CXO’s of customers |
