The mission of SAP’ SME Sales Program Office is to accelerate short-term revenue growth in key SME markets and drive standardization in SAP's SME sales approach. This position will support the identification of best practices in SME Sales and interfacing areas covering all customer segments, channels/routes to market and products. He/She will also be responsible to drive the programmatic roll out of the identified best practices to other local or regional SME organizations (with a focus on SAP's strategic SME markets) in close collaboration with local resources.
- Drive articulation of program vision & goals as well as overall program roll-out of key Global Sales Programs or regional Sales Initiatives, while ensuring buy-in and sign-off by SME executive leadership team as well as coordinating team resources - Drive systematic identification of sales formats/ programs or sales-related practices developed locally with proven impact and prioritize business areas where available programs/ initiatives developed in other Countries/Market Units can create significant short- and medium-term impact (in alignment with SME Field Leadership Team); drive packaging and publishing of identified practices in structured, systematic manner and support the local change management process - Support the evolution of SAP’s hybrid sales go-to-market model (sales roles & interaction, key processes, compensation principles, blueprint for organizational team set up, etc.), as well as further consistent global frameworks and guidelines |

- Degree in Commerce / Business from a secondary institution or comparable experience - Strong Program & Project management skills as well as proven change management skills - Strong problem structuring and solving skills – paired with a high level of energy, resilience, intelligence and integrity - Strategic thinker – familiar with SAP SME strategy - Ability to relate & communicate effectively with the senior executive level - Strong team player who can work collaboratively with others to achieve organizational goals, while driving results in a dynamic and virtual organization - Ability to engage with markets and cultures on regional & global level - Fluency in English is a prerequisite, fluency in German, Spanish and/or Portuguese is an advantage - 5+ years experience in strategy consulting or sales program management - 5+ years experience within SAP, preferably Field/SME - Deep knowledge of SAP’s SME sales model, incl. indirect channel, inside sales, etc. - Experience in a multi-country / multi-cultural environment in IT industry, preferably at management level |
