Territory – Montreal / Quebec City and surrounding region.
The Siebel Consulting Project Manager will create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements) for one or more Siebel Application Implementation engagements. Projects typically include full life cycle implementation and/or upgrade for Siebel Applications.
PMP Certification and French-English Bilingual are a MUST!
Create, Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan. Drive implementation by motivating and directing the project team, a team that may include cross-functional departments at Oracle, third-party vendors, partners, and the client. Act as primary interface with the client regarding deliverables, changes, and sign-off on status and requirements. Identify and communicate opportunities for new business. Responsible for developing strategies around risk mitigation, change management, scope management, etc. |

Prior recent and substantial Consulting Project Management experience for 3 or more major Siebel implementation engagements with teams of 5 or more consultants.
Ability to follow solid project management principles and methodology
Should be comfortable in matrix management environments and work effectively with others in managing complex projects
Strong people/communication skills to deal with company, customers, and vendors
Technical skills essential.
Selling skills required to help craft proposal responses, build out estimates/project plans working with the sales team.
Fluent in English & French
The ideal candidate will reside in Montreal or Quebec City;
Typically holds at least a BS Degree
PMP Certification
Must be willing and able to travel Mon-Thursday. Territory of Montreal / Quebec City and surrounding region.
