Responsible for all planning and expense controlling activities, ensuring correct, complete and accurate accounting and reporting; responsible for assisting the Vaccines Country Manager and the entity CFO in maintaining the various requirements of the SOX Act for the Vaccines local operations in conjunction with established processes. Major accountabilities: - Accounting/Compliance: Challenge status quo of processes & procedures Ensure accuracy and compliance of reported financial information Define processes and procedures to guarantee SOX Compliance - Planning & Controlling: Establish and update rolling forecasts Ensure and monitor financial reporting from consignee/ distributors Contribution to the design of business processes related to planning and performance Prepare, challenge and ensure achievement of Budget, LE’s and Strat Plan Measure and analyze achievements on a monthly basis Support and advise on Pricing strategy and Purchase activities |
