Manage all aspects of classroom setup and delegate interaction during the course. Deliver high quality Instructor Led Training courses at mostly at the Courbevoie Training Centre or onsite at Customer's location. Assist in the testing and development of new courses under the supervision of a Team Leader or Delivery Manager. Deliver customized courses at either Courbevoie or onsite at other locations. Ability to exchange technical information with Instructors, Pre-Sales, Consultants and supports communities. Ability to exchange business information with Account Managers.

At least 5-7 years IT experience and at least 1-2 years with Symantec (Availability Products - Additionally Security products would be an advantage) Must have technical competency in supporting and / or implementing Symantec products in the Data Protection and High Availability fields Must have technical proficiency in unix and windows on order to setup and run courses. Must be a good communicator and presenter - with good customer facing skills. Team player is required, but must also have the ability to be self disciplined and self organized. Willingness to travel on occasions outside of the Courbevoie campus to deliver onsite trainings in France and internationally in French speaking EMEA countries.
