Our division Novartis Santé Familiale gives the opportunity to MBA graduates to further develop their strengths through our well-known MBA rotation program.
Being part of this program, means working in a very stimulating environment that provides stretching challenges and promotes individual succcess.
The objective of this program is to develop talented MBA recruits, directly hired after graduation, and to expand their business knowledge.
During the 2 years of MBA rotation, the MBA recruit will gain sales operational insights, will develop his marketing strategic knowledge and will enhance his business analytical skills. A personal 'executive management level' coach will be appointed to provide ongoing feedback and to help the MBA recruit in defining his strenghts and weaknesses and his future career plan.
Once having fullfilled this MBA program successfully, a management career is waiting on a national or international level.
