Non-life sales manager for the small business segment (M/F)
Natixis Assurances, a subsidiary of Natixis, is the Banque Populaire Group's insurance arm. For the past several years, it has been developing and diversifying rapidly (life, protection, group retirement, non-life, etc.) and now has €25 billion of in-force business.

As part of the Sales Department, you will manage the sales activity of a portfolio of Banque Populaire banks with the aim of developing the distribution of insurance contracts in the small business market.
Your main duties will be:
Managing the team of Banque Populaire salesmen specializing in non-life insurance for the small business segment, including tracking results, technical and sales support, training, support in the field;
Negotiating annual targets with the Banque Populaire banks;
Analyzing the Banque Populaire bank's commercial and technical results;
Helping design sales-aid tools;
Implementing the Commercial Action Plan.
Qualifications: Maîtrise, IEP, IUP, Bac + 4
Expérience: 5 ans +

Post high school education, ideally in insurance. At least three to five years experience of managing non-life sales teams specializing in the small business segment, ideally in bancassurance.
The key qualities required for this position are:
- a real aptitude for training, negotiating and selling;
- a strong sales drive and an open mind.
- good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.

You will be required to travel extensively within France.
