Our Siebel Business Analyst is one who understands a Siebel customer's business and is well versed with Siebel Functionality. They should be comfortable as the liaison between the business and the Technical Development team. For example: mapping requirements to functionality (Screens & views, BC's, workflows, etc.), and being able to provide a solution to a requirement. They are able to lead requirements gathering sessions and are facilitation experts. The successful candidate will play crucial roles in Requirement Analysis, Testing, and Support for a Siebel implementation. Our Siebel Business Analyst will perform Gap Analysis and Proof of Concepts. Our Siebel Business Analyst needs good documentation and communication skills. |

Minimum of 5 years of recent Siebel Business Analyst experience. Candidates must be willing and able to travel Mon – Thurs/Friday in the Quebec region. Experience with scope management, building estimates, and systems development methodology is expected. Nice to Have: Experience with multiple industries Nice to Have: French Language experience Nice to Have: Experience with Siebel 8.1 Nice to Have: Experience with Public Sector customers Must have exceptional communication skills and customer-facing skills Education: 4-year Bachelor degree study Siebel certifications a plus |
