Our Mid-Market Department, Based in Paris is a key component to Symantec’s overall EMEA sales strategy. It acts as a competitive sales weapon for Symantec, focused on revenue creation, partner and customer loyalty, and business enablement. We drive incremental revenue and is are relevant, strategic and value-add to Symantec’s mission and goals. We seek to create and foster an environment where passionate and energetic people can be challenged, develop and succeed. Responsibilities The Territory Account Manager is responsible for a geographic Mid-Market territory and corresponding quota, in partnership with a Field Sales Account Manager.

Responsibilities · Build a territory plan / execute plan · Partners with Field Reps · Prospecting & proactive cold calling · Respond to customer requests · Account Management · Develop Customer needs & Requirements · Add revenue and deal to the pipeline · Maintain high levels of activity · Forecast revenue · Manage and resolve customer issues · Collaborate with Channel partners · Build knowledge and competency around: the Symantec Story, Products, Services, Solutions and Value Proposition · Competitive Positioning · Close incremental revenue deals · Achieve revenue targets |

· Experience of more than 2 years, · A proven track record of success driving incremental revenue in the IT software & solutions market is preferred but not essential · Proven track record of closing complex deal in the Mid Market space · Knowledge of business organisational structure and purchasing influences · Proven track record of achieving revenue quota · Drive, ambition, hunger and a desire to succeed · Ability to work in a competitive environment · Degree education or equivalent business experience · Fluent in English · Native Spanish |
