The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for driving direct sales into new and existing accounts and to actively create and manage new sales cycles including prospecting, developing executive relationships, building business cases, negotiating contracts and closing business. S/he is expected to sell the concept of software as a service (SaaS)
Relationships: • Reports to WebEx Regional Sales Manager • Works with engineering team in creating integrated solutions that address complex problems with focus on the Cisco value proposition • Is able to engage and manage cross-functional/virtual resources as part of extended team • Works with Client Services Group to ensure rapid and widespread adoption of WebEx’ services, as well as retention of existing customer base
Deliverables: • Demonstrates experience in building executive relationships with multiple named accounts and generates new opportunities within the French Enterprise space • Must develop and execute annual plan for named account in line with company strategy • Builds and manage a pipeline and continually conducts online and live sales presentations and prepares proposals for customers • Meet and exceed quarterly and yearly quotas
Travel / Shifts: • National travel to meet clients and prospects is required Location(s): • Paris or any other city in France |

Technical Skills: • ability to sell within traditional IT hierarchy as well as non-IT business units (required) • Ability to do Business forecasting (monthly forecast, weekly commit, and pipeline development) (required) • Native French and fluent English speaker (required). Any other European language is considered an advantage
Soft Skills: • Outstanding presentation skills (required) • Demonstrated negotiation skills (required) • Aggressive “hunting” skills • Be a self-starter and a strong business closer (required) • Understanding of large business organizations and their buying cycles is (preferred)
Industry or Sector Experience: • Proven track record selling into Enterprise accounts (required) • 5+ years account management experience in a fast-growth, high-technology (required) • Experience with partner community and competitive landscape (preferred) • Experience in value selling based on business transformation (preferred)
Education: • Requires a minimum BA degree or equivalent (required) |
